4  Pick Items
 

Pick Item screen displays items that are sold, paid for and waiting to be marked as "Collected". Each listed item is identified by its Selling Manager Record number. The items marked as "Packed" through "Pack" screen are not shown on this screen.

4.1  Print Picking list
 

While on "Pick" screen, click on Print icon on the toolbar to print "Picking" list. Picking List can also be generated as PDF.


4.2  Mark Collected
 

Select an item on the list and click on "Collected" button from the Actions tab on the right. This will change the status for the item. On next screen refresh (i.e. when the user moves on to another screen and comes back to this screen), the item will move to the end of the list after all the unmarked items. This is to move the marked items out-of-sight of the user.


To mark all unmarked items as collected, select All checkbox and click on "Collect" button. This marks only those items that are ot already marked or flagged.


To change the status back to unmarked select the item and click on "Return".


4.3  Mark Issues
 

In case there is an issue collecting an item, you can flag the item for handling it later. Click on "Skip" button and choose a reason from the displayed popup. This will set the status of the item to the selected reason. Flagged items are moved to the end of screen after unmarked items on next screen refresh.


To unflag select the item, click on "skip" button and then click on above the first reason in popup.


4.4  Notes
 

If you need to put notes against any item, select the Notes tab, enter the text and click on "Update Notes" button to save your notes.
